Big Mouth Steaks and Subs was a dream of two people, Craig Brown and Letasha Lewis. Both had dreams of owning a restaurant/catering establishment since early years. Craig and Letasha both grew up in a family where food was a labor of love and included some of their best childhood memories. After many years of achieving goals of education and family and with the help of fate they met and instantly new that every dream they had would one day come true. ​

During this challenging time in the world, they realized the community needed to see smiling faces and people needed hope. As in their childhood they knew that food was always the equalizer. In 2020, they decided to do what most wouldn't think of doing, start a food truck business. They understood that a place to eat, is a safe place to just be you! ​
 
Craig and Letasha has a passion to serve. Because of this passion and desire to delight people's heart, mind and soul, -- Big Mouth Steaks and Subs was born! ​
